To cancel your Monthly Wash Plan membership, fill out our Contact Us form and provide your name, phone number and license plate number.

Yes, however the only way to cancel your Monthly Wash Plan membership, online is to fill out a Contact Us form.
Wash Plan Memberships that were purchased online may be SUSPENDED for a specific timeframe but not cancelled without completing the Contact Us form. To suspend a your account to a future bill date, log into your wash account at here.
How do I used my Monthly Wash Plan Membership?
If you have purchased a Monthly Wash Plan Membership at any Champion Xpress location your vehicle will be identified through our License Plate Recognition system.
When you arrive at a Champion Xpress wash location, simply pull up to the pay station and our License Plate Recognition system will identify your vehicle, what Monthly Wash Plan you have and the gate will automatically open.
